Hire mobile app developers
for the whole product, not just the screens.

Most app projects do not fail at the app. They fail at everything around it: the backend nobody scoped, the admin panel your staff cannot use, the notifications that stop arriving, the payment webhook that fires twice, the store submission that sits in review for three weeks. We build the whole thing, because the whole thing is what actually launches.

What you're hiring

Three things that separate us

๐Ÿ“ฆ

App, backend, admin panel, store โ€” one team

No coordinating three vendors and owning the gaps between them. One team briefed once, accountable for the product that ships rather than for their slice of it.

๐Ÿ””

The plumbing that decides if it survives

Push notifications, payments, subscriptions, offline handling, session management, deep links. Individually boring, collectively the difference between an app that works and one that is quietly abandoned.

๐Ÿช

Submission and review, included

We submit, we handle the rejection if there is one, we get it approved. Four apps on both stores, including one that came back rejected and then went through after we built what was missing.

The stack

Everything here runs in something we shipped

We don't list technologies we've only read about. If it's below, it's in production somewhere we can show you.

Flutter Dart PHP 8 MySQL Firebase FCM push REST APIs Cashfree Razorpay Stripe Admin dashboards Play Store App Store
Proof, not promises

Something we actually shipped

A fintech wallet, rebuilt end to end

A production wallet for international users: transfers, transaction history, package flows and NFC provisioning, with a complete premium design system applied across every screen โ€” 148 screens shipped with zero regressions.

Where a full team is overkill

A full product team is the right answer less often than we would like it to be. Cases where it is not:

  • If your scope is genuinely fixed and finite, a fixed-price project is cheaper and lower risk than renting a team monthly. We will point you there instead.
  • If you already have a CTO and an architecture and only need extra hands, team extension is the right model and costs less than a full team.
  • If you have not validated that anyone wants this yet, build the smallest possible thing first. We would rather scope you a small v1 than take a large budget for something nobody uses.

We'd rather send you somewhere better than take a project we'll do badly. It costs us a job and saves you a quarter.

Before you book the call

Hiring questions, answered straight

How much does a full mobile app cost?+
It depends almost entirely on scope, and any number quoted before a scoping conversation is a guess dressed up as a quote. What we will do on a free 30-minute call is tell you what belongs in version one and what should wait โ€” that usually reduces the price more than negotiating ever would.
How long does a complete app take to launch?+
A focused v1 with backend, admin panel and store submission is typically eight to fourteen weeks. Larger products with payments, subscriptions and multiple user roles run longer. You get a working demo every week from week two, so you are never waiting until the end to find out how it is going.
How much does it cost, and what is included?+
The rate covers a full-time engineer at 160 hours a month with no recruitment fee, no payroll tax, no benefits and no infrastructure cost on top. Senior engineers on complex stacks go up to about USD 2,200 a month. We are based in Pilani rather than Bangalore, and that lower overhead goes into the rate instead of our office rent.
What if the developer is not a good fit?+
The first two weeks are a trial. If the fit is wrong you can swap the developer or stop entirely, and you pay only for hours already worked. No notice period, no penalty. We would rather lose two weeks than have you stuck for six months.
Who owns the code and the intellectual property?+
You do, completely. IP assignment is signed before work begins, source code lives in your repository from the first commit, and you hold every credential. NDAs are signed before we receive anything confidential. We do not build lock-in.
How quickly can someone start, and in which time zone?+
Usually three to five business days from the first call. Core hours are 9am to 7pm India time, stretched for calls โ€” roughly 8 hours of overlap with the UAE, 6.5 with Malaysia and Singapore, 6 with the UK, 5 with Sydney and 3 with US Eastern.

One call. Honest answer.
Then a developer, or a polite no.

Free 30 minutes. We'll tell you what to build first, what to skip, and whether hiring us is even the right move.
