Hire PHP developers
who have to maintain what they write.

We have run our own PHP platforms in production for years, which changes how you write code. You stop being clever and start being clear, because you are the one who gets paged when it breaks. Fifteen-plus platforms delivered, three live payment stacks, and forty-plus security vulnerabilities found and fixed in real systems โ€” some of them our own.

What you're hiring

Three things that separate us

๐Ÿ’ณ

Payments that survive real money

Three live payment stacks with Cashfree, Razorpay and Stripe: autopay mandates, idempotent webhooks, payouts, invoicing, refunds. This is where most backend projects quietly break, and it is where we spend most of our time.

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ

Security-audit discipline as default

We do pentest-grade audits as a paid service โ€” IDOR, SQL injection, CSRF, session and webhook security. Forty-plus vulnerabilities found and fixed. That habit gets applied to everything we write, not just audit engagements.

๐Ÿ“Š

Admin panels a non-technical person can run

Your staff will use the backend far more than your customers use the app. We build admin panels for people who are not developers, because a system nobody can operate is not finished.

The stack

Everything here runs in something we shipped

We don't list technologies we've only read about. If it's below, it's in production somewhere we can show you.

PHP 8 MySQL / MariaDB PDO REST APIs Webhooks Cron jobs Bootstrap 5 jQuery / AJAX PHPMailer mPDF JWT WordPress
Proof, not promises

Something we actually shipped

A two-sided marketplace we built and still run

KYC with live selfie verification, slot booking, subscriptions with proration, referral engine, gated chat with safety controls, and full payment plus payout infrastructure. Our own product, in production.

What kind of PHP shop we are

Worth knowing up front, because it decides whether we are a fit or a waste of your time.

  • We build custom PHP with a hand-rolled PDO data layer rather than Laravel or Symfony. It is deliberate โ€” full control, no framework upgrade treadmill โ€” but if your team standardises on Laravel and needs that specifically, hire a Laravel shop.
  • We are not a DevOps consultancy. We deploy and run on standard hosting competently, but we do not design multi-region Kubernetes infrastructure.
  • For very high-throughput realtime systems โ€” think tens of thousands of concurrent socket connections โ€” a different stack is the honest answer and we will say so.

We'd rather send you somewhere better than take a project we'll do badly. It costs us a job and saves you a quarter.

Before you book the call

Hiring questions, answered straight

Can you audit and fix a PHP platform we already have?+
Yes, that is a service in its own right. We have audited production platforms spanning nearly a thousand files and fixed over forty vulnerabilities across IDOR, SQL injection, CSRF, session handling and webhook verification. You get a written report with severity ratings, then fixes, then re-verification.
Do you work with Laravel or WordPress?+
WordPress yes, regularly, including custom themes, plugins and hardening. Laravel we can read and maintain, but we do not position ourselves as a Laravel shop โ€” our own platforms are custom PHP. If Laravel expertise is a hard requirement for your team, be honest with yourself and hire specialists.
How much does it cost, and what is included?+
The rate covers a full-time engineer at 160 hours a month with no recruitment fee, no payroll tax, no benefits and no infrastructure cost on top. Senior engineers on complex stacks go up to about USD 2,200 a month. We are based in Pilani rather than Bangalore, and that lower overhead goes into the rate instead of our office rent.
What if the developer is not a good fit?+
The first two weeks are a trial. If the fit is wrong you can swap the developer or stop entirely, and you pay only for hours already worked. No notice period, no penalty. We would rather lose two weeks than have you stuck for six months.
Who owns the code and the intellectual property?+
You do, completely. IP assignment is signed before work begins, source code lives in your repository from the first commit, and you hold every credential. NDAs are signed before we receive anything confidential. We do not build lock-in.
How quickly can someone start, and in which time zone?+
Usually three to five business days from the first call. Core hours are 9am to 7pm India time, stretched for calls โ€” roughly 8 hours of overlap with the UAE, 6.5 with Malaysia and Singapore, 6 with the UK, 5 with Sydney and 3 with US Eastern.

One call. Honest answer.
Then a developer, or a polite no.

Free 30 minutes. We'll tell you what to build first, what to skip, and whether hiring us is even the right move.
