Hire AI developers
who've shipped AI, not just prompted it.

Full-time AI engineers from India, working only on your product. The same people who put multilingual AI voice and moderation into apps that are live on both app stores β€” including one that's patent-filed.

What you're actually hiring

The skills, listed honestly

No buzzword soup. Everything below is something we've shipped to production and can show you.

🧠 LLM engineering

  • API integration & tool calling
  • Retrieval grounding
  • Prompt & context design
  • Provider abstraction layer
  • Cost & token control

πŸ€– AI agents

  • Agent loops with tool access
  • Permission boundaries
  • Scoped memory
  • Human approval flows
  • Full action audit logs

πŸŽ™οΈ Voice & language

  • Text to speech, 30+ languages
  • Auto language detection
  • Voice alert pipelines
  • App localisation
  • Running live in production

πŸ›‘οΈ Safety & shipping

  • Content moderation
  • Runtime guardrails
  • Store-review compliance
  • Flutter & PHP integration
  • Security-audit discipline

And here's what we're not

You should know the edges before you hire, because a team that only lists strengths is hiding something.

  • We're not a research lab. We don't train foundation models and you shouldn't pay anyone in India $999 a month to try.
  • Vector search at very large scale β€” tens of thousands of documents β€” needs a dedicated vector database. We'll tell you when your project has crossed that line.
  • Real-time streaming voice conversation is not our strength yet. Scheduled and triggered voice is.
  • Our natural home is AI inside products β€” apps, platforms, backends. If you need a standalone ML pipeline for a data science team, we're the wrong shop.
Getting started

From first message to first commit in a week

No procurement theatre, no discovery invoice before you've decided anything. And no pressure to commit for six months on day one.

Start on WhatsApp
DAY 1

A 30-minute call

You describe what you're building. We tell you honestly whether a dedicated developer, a fixed-price build, or nothing at all is the right answer.

DAY 2

Written scope and rate

Seniority, monthly rate, overlap hours and a first-month plan β€” in writing, so you can forward it to whoever signs.

DAY 3

NDA and IP assignment

Signed before anything confidential moves. You get the credentials, we get access to your repository β€” not the other way round.

DAY 4–5

Developer joins

In your Slack, in your standup, first commit pushed. The two-week trial clock starts here.

DAY 14

Trial decision

Keep, swap, or stop. If you stop you pay for hours worked and nothing more. No notice period, no penalty.

Proof, not promises

Before you book the call

Hiring questions, answered straight

How much does it cost to hire an AI developer from India?+
A full-time dedicated AI developer starts at $999 per month for 160 hours β€” roughly $6 an hour. Senior engineers on harder stacks go up to about $2,200. There are no recruitment fees, payroll taxes, benefits or infrastructure costs on top of that. We're in Pilani rather than Bangalore, and that difference goes into the rate instead of our overhead.
How quickly can an AI developer start?+
Usually within three to five business days of the first call. Call on Monday, written scope Tuesday, paperwork Wednesday, developer in your repository by Thursday or Friday. There's no procurement queue to sit in.
What if the developer isn't a good fit?+
The first two weeks are a trial. If the fit is wrong you can swap the developer or stop entirely, and you only pay for hours already worked β€” no notice period, no penalty. We'd rather lose two weeks than have you stuck with the wrong person for six months.
What AI skills do your developers actually have?+
LLM API integration and tool calling, retrieval grounding, agent loops with permissions and audit logging, multilingual text-to-speech and voice pipelines, content moderation and guardrails, and shipping all of it inside Flutter and PHP products that pass app store review. What we're not: a research lab. We don't train foundation models, and large-scale vector search needs a dedicated vector database we'd tell you to add.
Do I own the code and the AI work?+
You own everything. IP assignment is signed before work begins, code lives in your repository from the first commit, and prompts, tool definitions and configuration are documented so any other team could pick it up. We don't build lock-in.
Can the developer work in our time zone?+
Core hours are 9am to 7pm India time, and we stretch them for calls. That's about 8 hours of overlap with the UAE, 6.5 with Malaysia and Singapore, 6 with the UK, 5 with Sydney and 3 with US Eastern. Standups and demos happen inside your working day, not ours.
Should I hire a developer or buy a fixed-price project?+
If the scope is clear and finite, a fixed-price build is usually cheaper and lower risk β€” and we'll say so even though it earns us less. A dedicated developer makes more sense when the work is ongoing, the scope will keep changing, or you want AI capability sitting inside your team rather than delivered once and handed over.
Which AI models and providers do you work with?+
We're model-agnostic and pick per use case β€” hosted models for reasoning, specialised models for voice and moderation. More importantly, we build an abstraction layer so you can switch providers without rewriting your product. The best model for any given job changes every few months; your architecture shouldn't have to.

One call. Honest answer.
Then a developer, or a polite no.

Free 30 minutes. We'll tell you what to build first, what to skip, and whether hiring us is even the right move.
