Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of thetechnosquare.com and any services provided by Technosquare IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Technosquare", "we", "us"). By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We provide software design and development services including mobile applications, web platforms, AI integration, e-commerce, payment integration, security audits, WordPress development, UI/UX design, and related maintenance and support. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in the written proposal or quotation shared with you.

2. Quotes, payments & taxes

  • Quotations are fixed for the scope described in them and are typically valid for 30 days.
  • Projects are usually billed in milestones (e.g., advance, mid-delivery, final). Work on each phase begins after the corresponding payment.
  • Invoices are payable within 7 days unless otherwise agreed. Applicable taxes (such as GST) are additional unless stated.
  • Third-party costs — hosting, domains, app store fees, paid APIs, payment-gateway charges — are billed at actuals and are the client's responsibility.

3. Client responsibilities

  • Provide content, branding, credentials and approvals needed for the project in a timely manner.
  • Provide access to required third-party accounts (hosting, app stores, gateways) — which remain owned by you.
  • Review deliverables and share consolidated feedback within agreed windows. Extended delays may affect timelines.
  • Ensure that content and instructions you provide do not infringe any third-party rights or laws.

4. Scope changes & revisions

Each package includes the revision rounds stated in the proposal. Requests outside the agreed scope ("change requests") are welcome and will be quoted separately before any additional work begins — no surprise billing, ever.

5. Timelines

Timelines in proposals are good-faith estimates based on the agreed scope and timely client inputs. Delays caused by pending approvals, content, third-party services or scope changes extend timelines correspondingly.

6. Intellectual property

  • You own your product. Upon full payment, all custom deliverables — source code, designs and assets created specifically for your project — are transferred to you.
  • Our pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks and know-how remain our property, licensed to you for use within your project.
  • Third-party components (open-source libraries, fonts, stock assets, APIs) remain subject to their own licenses.
  • Unless a written NDA states otherwise, we may reference the project (name, logo, screenshots, general description) in our portfolio and marketing.

7. Warranties & support

Deliverables include the free bug-support period stated in your package (typically 30–60 days from delivery), covering defects in work we produced. It does not cover new features, third-party service changes, or issues caused by modifications made by others. Ongoing maintenance plans are available separately.

8. Third-party services

Projects commonly depend on third-party services — hosting providers, payment gateways, app stores, AI model providers, SMS/WhatsApp APIs. We integrate them with best practices, but their availability, pricing, policies and decisions (including app-store review outcomes) are outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Technosquare's total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific work giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, data loss caused by third parties, or business interruption.

10. Confidentiality

We treat your business information, credentials and project details as confidential and use them only to deliver the engagement. Mutual NDAs are available on request.

11. Cancellation & refunds

Either party may end an engagement with written notice. Work completed and milestones already delivered up to the cancellation date remain billable; advance payments for work not yet started are refundable. Completed and approved work is non-refundable.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mutually agreed arbitration.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
